ELP Closing Out 2014 With a Bang!!

By December 18, 2014No Comments

Greetings Livity Crew!

What a year 2014 has been! We’ve played a ton of shows all over the region, we’ve performed with some amazing artists, we reached some lofty goals, and we’ve met some really great people along the way. And we have a blast in the process. Thank each of you for helping make it all possible.

But we’re not quite done with 2014. This Saturday 12/20 we’ll be at Mac’s Pizza in Landen, OH for a FREE SHOW! They have a great space, great pizza, and great brews on tap. Call it the ELP Holiday party and be sure to bring your friends and family! Check the links on this page for more show details.

On New Year’s Eve, we’ll be throwing down at Stanley’s Pub in Cincinnati, OH with our good friends Baoku, Mr. Brown’s Mysterious Sounds, and Napoleon Maddox. There will be drumming, dancing, singing, a champagne toast and more! Don’t miss the best new year eve party in town and the last ELP show of 2014.

AND we are also thrilled, honored, and humbled to announce that for the second year in a row, Elementree Livity Project has been nominated for a Cincinnati Entertainment Award by the good folks over at Cincinnati CityBeat and all of you music-loving, good people out there that voted for us. Thank you all so much! We’ve been nominated alongside some stiff competition with The Cliftones; Junya Be; Lagniappe; Baoku Moses & the Image Afro-beat Band; & Keshvar Project, many of whom we call friends.

The awards will be held at Madison Theater in Covington on Jan 25th, and voting starts this Friday at noon. So be sure to head on over to CityBeat.com to vote for your favorites and support local music! And maybe if enough of you all ask for it, the CityBeat crew will have us out to perform at the awards show. You never know if you don’t ask. 🙂 Thanks again to each and every one of you and hope to see you soon!
